Celebrating two decades of industry leadership, the awards continue to highlight outstanding developments, with this year introducing new categories that reflect evolving market trends. As Thailand’s property market adapts to changing buyer and investor demands, HLB Thailand remains committed to upholding the credibility of this prestigious event. 

Key Dates for the 2025 Awards: 

• 11 July 2025 – Entries Close 

• 4-22 August 2025 – Site Inspections 

• 8-22 August 2025 – People’s Choice Awards Voting Period 

• 22 August 2025 – Final Judging 

• 12 September 2025 – Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand 

• 12 December 2025 – Regional Grand Final Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation in Bangkok, Thailand 

Winners will have the opportunity to compete at the regional level during the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, further positioning Thailand as a key player in the Asian real estate landscape.  

As the official supervisor for the judging process, HLB Thailand ensures fairness, transparency, and integrity in selecting the best in real estate in the kingdom.
