Amit has advised a number multinational groups on formulating their business models/ Transfer Pricing strategies and assisted clients with end-to-end Transfer Pricing consulting starting from planning, three-tiered documentation, and defense before Transfer Pricing authorities.
He has wide experience resolving complex Transfer Pricing disputes at various appellate forums and has underpinned in resolving their disputes through advance pricing arrangements as well.
He has managed critical and high value clients primarily operating in Technology, Media, Business Process Management, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Hospitality, E-Commerce, Insurance, Power, Water Purification, Logistics, Aviation, Online Travel, Infrastructure and the Automotive industry.
