As a Senior Consultant in HLB Thailand’s Tax & Legal Team, Nutthanicha brings four years of expertise in Thai Immigration Law, specializing in visa and work permit consulting. She has extensive experience working with government authorities both in Thailand and internationally, ensuring seamless immigration processes for clients.

Since September 2022, she has successfully facilitated over 20 Long-Term Resident (LTR) visas, along with various work visas under both BOI and Non-BOI schemes in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai. She provides strategic guidance to applicants, identifying alternative solutions to meet visa requirements. Her expertise extends to assisting clients in securing Thai visas from embassies and consulates abroad, including in Laos, Malaysia, the UK, the USA, and Dubai. By proactively resolving documentation challenges and liaising with immigration authorities, Nutthanicha ensures an efficient and hassle-free experience for her clients.
