Somchai is a Senior Partner and Head of Audit & Assurance at HLB Thailand.
He has over 28 years of experience servicing businesses in a variety of industries including oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, retails and hospitality industries.
He is dedicated to helping clients meet their independent audit obligations and assisting with the interpretation and implementation of accounting standards.
Somchai has served many large publicly listed companies in Thailand and overseas and has experience dealing with Thai and foreign regulators, such as the Thai SEC and the PCAOB in the US.
Somchai received an MBA, from Sasin Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University.
