Her extensive background spans compensation and benefits, people development, recruitment, and employee welfare, underpinned by a deep understanding of labor laws and compliance standards.

Prior to joining HLB, Surat worked with multinational companies as an HR and Administrative Manager, where she oversaw day-to-day HR operations and streamlined processes to boost productivity and align HR functions with organizational needs.

Known for her expertise in administrative responsibilities, including visa and work permit management for expatriate employees, she has also led initiatives to implement HR digitalization and cloud systems in collaboration with IT. Additionally, her hands-on experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 compliance, coupled with her role in due diligence and IPO support for regional offices.
