HLB is excited to announce our collaboration with the 19th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2024, marking a historic first for the Kingdom’s awards programme with the introduction of the People’s Choice Awards category. This innovative accolade empowers YOU, the consumer, to choose your favourite developers among the finalists. As property seekers and investors, your votes will directly influence the winners in select categories, awarding them the prestigious Golden stamp of approval.
The nominated developers have been meticulously selected by Thailand’s premier property platform, DDproperty, based on their outstanding achievements in project quality, brand reputation, and exceptional consumer satisfaction this year.
By sharing your top picks, you also stand a chance to win exciting prizes through the Vote and Win Campaign, exclusively available to voters based in Thailand. (Please note: PropertyGuru employees are not eligible for the prizes.) Stay tuned for the timeline below to know when and which developers to vote for.
To ensure the integrity of the results, the public voting outcome will be independently tabulated by HLB as the Official Balloting Partner.
