Appointment of approved auditor in Thailand’s capital markets

An auditor is an independent certified public accountant who examines the financial statements that a company’s management has prepared. An audit provides the public with additional assurance — beyond managements’ own assertions — that a company’s financial statements can be relied upon.
It was a double celebration for Khun Wantanee, as the news came on the same day she received her New Year gift box packed with special treats from HLB Thailand.
