HLB Thailand is proud to have played a pivotal role as the official supervisor of the 19th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, ensuring the credibility and fairness of the judging process for one of the country’s most prestigious real estate awards. Held at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, this highly anticipated event celebrated excellence across the real estate industry, showcasing top-tier achievements in development, design, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices throughout Thailand.
HLB Thailand’s involvement as the official supervisor of the awards has been instrumental in upholding the integrity and transparency of the evaluation process, further solidifying the event’s reputation as a trusted platform for recognizing the best in Thai real estate. For the fourth consecutive year, HLB Thailand oversaw the judging, ensuring that each decision was backed by a fair, thorough, and impartial review of all entries.
Celebrating Excellence and Innovation
This year, the awards celebrated outstanding real estate projects and developers across nearly 70 categories, spotlighting not only the best developments in Bangkok but also those from emerging markets and second-home destinations. Among the night’s standout honors was the coveted Best Developer Award, which was presented to Sansiri Public Company Limited for their exceptional contribution to Thailand’s real estate landscape.
Another notable recognition, the Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award, was given to Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Group CEO of WHA Corporation PLC, for her significant leadership and influence in the sector.
The 19th edition of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards also marked the debut of the People’s Choice Awards, a new and exciting category that allowed the public to vote for their favorite developers. Ten outstanding companies were chosen, reflecting the voice of the consumers, which were:
